Dog Loving Religious Believers

I just read this article and found it very interesting – and true!

This is from Deseret News online edition.  Enjoy!

Here's the article:

Religious believers prefer to own dogs much more than cats, a study says

A 2019 study measured how religion may predict what type of pet you own

Can science predict whether you are a cat or a dog person?

While pet ownership comes down to individual preference, Samuel L. Perry and Ryan Burge published a 2019 study in the Journal for the Scientific Study on Religion that measured how religious activity may predict what type of pet you have.

In their study, they said that 60% of American households own a pet. They found that Republicans, those living in rural areas and religious believers were more likely to own a dog than a cat whereas Democrats, those living in urban areas and those with less religious activity loved cats.

Not only did they find that religious believers love dogs — they said that religious believers may have an aversion to cats. Perry and Burge wrote, “Most notably, we find a strong, negative association between worship attendance and cat ownership.”

In their study, they theorized that those in conservative religious communities care more about the utility of pets. They wrote, “We would expect that Christian conservatism ― as indicated by evangelical affiliation and more literalist interpretations of the Bible ― would predict the ownership of family pets that have more practical utility such as dogs, but not necessarily cats.”

Scott A. McGreal, writing for Psychology Today about the study, commented on how religious people tend to prefer convention and tradition more than less religious people. He said this in combination with other personality factors could explain the differences in ownership of pets.

“A more recent study (Guastello et al., 2017) using more specific personality traits than the Big Five (the 16 PF model) also found distinct differences, such that dog people were higher on warmth, rule-consciousness, social boldness, and liveliness,” he said.

He continued, “... cat people were higher on reasoning (intelligence), abstractedness (imaginative, etc.), emotional sensitivity (sensitive and intuitive rather than utilitarian and practical), and self-reliance (solitary, individualistic).” McGreal said that these personality differences in self-identified cat and dog people could be seen as correlating to traits associated with religious worship.

What is the most popular pet in America?

American households own millions of pets — the most popular is dogs.

According to World Atlas, just shy of 50 million households own at least one dog. While around 30 million households own a cat, there are more pet cats in the U.S.: “An interesting fact is that there are more cat than dog pets in the U.S., which would mean that cat owners prefer to have them in bigger numbers. On average, cat owners have 2.2 cats, and for several good reasons.”

The top ten pets, per World Atlas, are dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, other mammals, rabbits, pet poultry, pet livestock, ferrets and all others.

My favorite paragraph from the article is:

"Not only did they find that religious believers love dogs — they said that religious believers may have an aversion to cats. Perry and Burge wrote, “Most notably, we find a strong, negative association between worship attendance and cat ownership.”

I find this hilarious.  I can attest to the truth of it though.  I am a highly religious, worship service attending individual – and I don't like house cats!  You can say I have an aversion to them.

And, I do love dogs.  Always have.  Dogs are far superior pets.  They don't call them man's best friend for nothing.

Although I do take issue with the claim in the article that cat people are higher on reasoning (intelligence) and self-reliance.  I know that's not true.  I am highly intelligent and self-reliant and I can't stand cats.  :-)

Also interesting was the fact that 50,000,000 households own a dog and only 30,000,000 households own cats.

I don't think it's a coincidence that religious, worship service attending believers love dogs and are averse to cats.  Any wise, loving, practical person would be a dog loving religious believer.

That's my two cents.

31 Years

Just a quick post to commemorate my 31st anniversary of starting my full-time, 18 month mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on January 15, 1992.

Wow!  I am old.  I was 21 years old in these photos.  Awesome experience!  Highly recommended.

That's my two cents.

Women Should Not Be Cops

Call me what you will – sexist, misogynist, whatever – but women should not be cops!  Period. End of story.

I've been watching a television series called "Body Cam".  It is basically live footage of cops working, through their body cams.  It's amazing how many people run from and shoot at cops.  But it makes for a good show.

What gets me, though, is that the women cops actually hinder more than they help.  In every situation that I've seen where there are active shooters, or potential active shooters – the female cops run and hide behind their cruisers and/or buildings.  Or just move several blocks away altogether to get out of line of fire.  What good are they?!  And when they are present, the male cops that should be focused on the suspect have to save the damsel in distress. One female cop was cowering behind her cruiser just waiting for SWAT to come pick her up and rescue her.  Which they had to do before they could advance to the actual threat.  It's absurd!  It's ridiculous!  Women should not be cops!

First of all, women are the weaker sex.  It's basic biology.  Men are stronger and faster than women.  Women can't chase a bad guy down.  Even out of shape male cops can run faster than female cops.  And what can she do if she actually catches up to a suspect?  She can't physically manhandle him.  Yes, she can point her gun at him.  But that doesn't usually stop most suspects, I've learned.  They just run away while the cop is yelling at them to stop.

I'm actually very disgusted with the way female cops behave.  Women are not physically able to do the work a man can do.  Women cannot protect the public from threats.  Women should not be in combat.  Women should not be in the line of fire.  That's men's work.  I don't care what they want.  They are not physically capable of doing the job.

I'm a woman.  I like being a woman.  There are lots of jobs women are capable of doing.  Police work is not one of them.  If women want to be cops, let them have a desk job.  But they have no business out on the streets, trying to apprehend criminals.

That's my two cents.

College Football 2022 Season Results

  1. Clint 27
  2. Tammy 39
  3. Rex 40
  4. Lisa 44

I think it's no surprise to anyone that Clint is our overall winner this season.  Congratulations Clint!  And I'm happy I eked out second-place.  :-)

The way these results were tallied was each place for each week counted as a point. So, first place was one point, second place was two point etc.  And then all weeks were tallied together for the total.  Clint had eight first-place wins this season!

Only about nine months away to next season!  Maybe a few more people will want to join in on the fun.

Congrats to everyone who participated.  It was a lot of fun!  I look forward to the fall and more college football picks.

That's my two cents

Newell Handwriting Analysis

I had my paternal grandfather's handwriting analyzed by Mozelle.  Here are the results:

Newell Stone handwriting analysis personality snapshot as of November 1, 2002

As for Newell…

  • He connects to people but is a loner. He could be happy living in the middle of nowhere.

  • He is SUPER smart and not many could keep up with him or even quite understand his thought processes.

  • Many may have considered him eccentric. Like Elon Musk… “smart and weird” – HEY – I resemble that comment myself, ROFL.

  • What held him back the most though is that he was almost paranoid about being rejected or criticized so he didn’t take chances like he could and likely should have.

  • He was stubborn and aggressive.

  • He could be bitingly sarcastic.

  • He HATED being cold.

  • He could have been a gifted writer… like Hemmingway level. Do you know if he ever wrote?

Ms. Mozelle Martin, FHWE, FMHP, Ph.D.

www.Forensology.com

I had no idea that Grandpa Stone was a gifted – Hemingway level – writer.  Does anyone know if he ever wrote anything?  It's a shame that such talent went to waste.

Also interesting about him being SUPER smart.  I guess that's where I get my genius level intelligence from.  :-)

Funny about him hating the cold.  I didn't know that about him.  But I did know that he talked about the weather a lot.

All of the other qualities listed are easily attributed to Grandpa and define him to a T.  Stubborn, aggressive, sarcastic – yes!

Isn't this cool?  Mozelle got all that out of a letter Grandpa wrote to Lisa in 2002.

The science of handwriting analysis is amazing!

That's my two cents.

The Science of Handwriting Analysis

As I've mentioned before, I have a fascination with the science of handwriting analysis.  Since childhood my handwriting has always been criticized.  Teachers and others throughout my life have told me I need to work on my handwriting (legibility).  I was even told by an attending in medical school that I needed to work on my handwriting because he couldn't read my SOAP notes.  Yes, back in the dark ages when I was in podiatry school, we actually wrote our notes in the chart by hand, on paper with ink pens.  By the way, I've never once tried to change my handwriting.  My handwriting analysis even told me that I don't care about others' opinions.  :-)

Well, back during the Johnny Depp trial – which I only watched as a distraction from Mom dying – some handwriting analysis stuff popped up on YouTube (I'm glad it did!) and that is how I happened upon Dr. Mozelle Martin, a professional graphologist.  I saw her analyze Amber Heard's handwriting and was astounded at the accuracy of the science.

So, back in July I took the opportunity to have my handwriting professionally analyzed by Dr. Martin. I wasn't quite sure what to expect.  But, I figured for $22 it was worth the gamble.  I'm so happy I took the plunge!

The results were amazingly accurate.  Despite having to use a 30-year-old handwriting sample, it described me very well.

I've always been drawn to the sciences.  In science we are taught to be skeptical and to only trust the scientific method.  Basically to trust only results of well designed studies.

Well, I sort of inadvertently conducted my own study on handwriting analysis by comparing the results of several different people's handwriting analyses to their actual personalities.  The results are astounding.  I've always thought of handwriting analysis as a valid science.  But after seeing the work of Dr. Mozelle Martin, I can attest to the accuracy of the science. I will explain.

After receiving a birthday card from Juliet, the thought came to me to have her handwriting analyzed to give to her as a birthday gift.  Since her birthday is only three weeks after mine.  So I did.  I had Dr. Martin do a personality snapshot of Juliet's handwriting. It described Juliet to a T! I showed Lisa Juliet's results, and I had mine done in July so those results were already on my blog.  We had fun discussing the accuracy of the results and how different they are for everybody.

Then, of course, Lisa wanted to have Dr. Martin analyze her handwriting.  Even though Lisa had seen how accurate the results were, she was still a bit skeptical of her own results.  But, after receiving her own results, Lisa was astonished at the accuracy of the science and of Dr. Martin's work.  FYI, she's very good!

Then we had Rex write a sample and had Dr. Martin analyze his handwriting.  Once again, astonishing results.  Very accurate! When you first get your results back there may be things on there that you're not so sure of.  But if you take the time to think about what it could be, the answers will come.  Because your handwriting reveals what's in your subconscious mind.

We've kind of caught the handwriting analysis bug and with Dr. Martin's help, we are having a lot of fun with it.

With each personality snapshot we receive back we are astonished and flabbergasted at how much about a person is revealed through handwriting.

I would like to share some specific examples with you but to protect the innocent, I'm not going to post any results here.  Perhaps in the future I may post some with permission, or from those who are deceased.

I can tell you from experience from looking at several personality snapshots that Dr. Mozelle Martin has done, that handwriting analysis is indeed a valid science that very accurately taps into the subconscious mind of the writer.  Going from the date the sample was written back to birth.

When Mom was dying, her favorite word became, "Unbelievable".  Well, every time we receive a personality snapshot back from Mozelle, we utter that word many times while reading through it.  Unbelievable!

We have had Dr. Mozelle Martin do several personality snapshot handwriting analyses for us.  Everyone of them is dead on.  You would think that after seeing a few results that the novelty would wear off.  But with each one, we are astounded at what the subconscious mind reveals through handwriting.  Unbelievable!  :-)

If you're interested in learning about yourself or someone else, go to Dr. Martin's website and purchase the personality snapshot for $22.  Here is the link: forensology.com

I don't know any other graphologists, but I would say that Dr. Mozelle Martin is one of the best out there.  She's had decades (35 years) of experience.  She's testified as an expert witness in court, she's appeared as an expert on TV.  And after having her do several handwriting analyses for me, I can attest that she is a very skilled and talented graphologist. And she's fast.  You will get results within 24 hours.  Usually faster.

The proof is in the pudding.  The writing is on the wall, as they say.  :-)  The accuracy is amazing!  You will not be disappointed.

That's my two cents.

mRNA Vaccines Weaken Immune Response to COVID-19

It's Time to Ask Whether Repeated mRNA Vaccine Shots Weaken the Immune Response to COVID-19

Once again, the free press has been asleep at the wheel.

Here is another example of how alternative news sources such as internet bloggers are much more useful to the general public than traditional media sources.

A new study out of Germany, funded by the German government, and published in the medical journal Science Immunology, raises the possibility that the so-called vaccine manufactured by BioNTech/Pfizer to fight the mRNA SARS-CoV-2 virus (and possibly the Moderna product), reduces a person’s level of antibodies that fights the virus and increases the level of another kind of antibody that is much less effective at fighting the virus.

First, here are a few basic immunology facts to better understand the new article.

According to the Cleveland Clinic:

Antibodies are proteins that protect you when an unwanted substance enters your body.  Produced by your immune system, antibodies bind to these unwanted substances in order to eliminate them from your system.

Another word for antibody is immunoglobulin.

According to Antoine Azar, M.D., Associate Professor of Medicine at Johns Hopkins University, the body makes 5 major types of immunoglobulins: Immunoglobulin A, Immunoglobulin G, Immunoglobulin M, Immunoglobulin D and Immunoglobulin E:

Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is the most common type.  IgG has 4 different subclasses, IgG1— 4. IgG is always there to help prevent infections.  It’s also ready to multiply and attack when foreign substances get into the body.  When you don't have enough, you are more likely to get infections.

The new article is entitled “Class Switch Towards Non-Inflammatory, Spike-Specific IgG4 Antibodies After Repeated SARS-Cov-2 mRNA Vaccination” and was written by Pascal Irrgang and 23 additional authors.  It was published on December 22, 2022 in Science Immunology.  The article states that shortly after the initial two shots of the mRNA SARS-CoV-2 Pfizer product, the level of IgG1 and IgG3 antibodies is increased, but that several months later, the levels of those antibodies decreases and the level of IgG4 antibodies significantly increases.  This effect is exacerbated by a third mRNA shot and/or by a breakthrough infection with the SARS-CoV-2 disease.  The article states that “our results clearly demonstrate that a subsequent infection can further boost IgG4 antibody levels, with IgG4 becoming the most dominant among all anti-spike IgG subclasses in some individuals.”

The authors state that in their experiment this increase in IgG4 antibodies did not happen after repeated vaccination with tetanus toxoid or after infection with respiratory syncytial virus.  The authors state: “Generally, IgG4 responses have been rarely observed even after repeated immunizations or infections.  . . .  These findings support the notion that class-switching to IgG4 is not a general consequence of repeated antigen exposure in form of vaccinations or infections.”  The article concludes:

In summary, our study demonstrates an mRNA vaccine-induced antiviral IgG4 antibody response appearing late after secondary immunization.  Further investigations are needed to clarify the precise immunological mechanisms driving this response and to evaluate whether an IgG4-driven antibody response affects subsequent viral infections and booster vaccinations.

In what may be the first analysis of the article, on December 24, 2022, a blogger using the name Rintrah Radagast wrote that the article supports what he has been saying for at least a month:  “After mRNA vaccination the immune response against Spike is shifting to IgG4, which is how your body responds after repeat exposure to stuff it needs to tolerate, like bee venom, pollen or peanut proteins.”  He stated that by using these mRNA vaccines we are “ridding our bodies of the most competent IgG antibody against this virus, replacing it with one we use to tolerate stuff like pollen, peanut proteins or bee venom.”

Igor Chudov, a mathematician and frequent writer about the virus, took notice on December 24, 2022 and wrote that allergy shots cause the immune system to develop non-inflammatory IgG4 antibodies, which mark pollen as a harmless substance to the rest of the immune system and prevent allergic inflammation and nasty symptoms.  Chudov then explained that this is fine because pollen does not replicate, but it is bad to train our immune system to ignore replicating pathogens such as Sars-Cov-2.  Chudov wrote:

The disease [SARS-CoV-2] may seem mild if immune tolerance fails to elicit a strong reaction and stop viral replication.  The virus, proliferating unopposed, damages the cardiovascular system more than in those who can mount a vigorous immune reaction.

Chudov noted that on July 22, 2022 substacker Brian Mowray warned about the mRNA shots increasing IgG4 antibodies to the spike protein.

On Dec. 26, 2022 Attorney Jeff Childers wrote about the new article and observed:

To put it simply, this antibody class shift is bizarre, unprecedented, and a very troubling sign that vaccinated people — especially repeatedly dosed people — are somehow losing their IgG1 and especially IgG3 response in favor of IgG4.  It’s not just the reduction of the two effective neutralizing antibody types, either.  IgG4, since it is designed for allergies, doesn’t remove the foreign proteins so much as teach the body to “tolerate” or “ignore” them.

There’s a good reason for tolerance: allergens don’t replicate like viruses.  Allergens are a totally different kind of threat.  With allergens, the body doesn’t need to go crazy fighting allergens; it can take a slower, more measured response.

Specifically, whereas IgG1 and IgG3 types are “pro-inflammatory,” which means they trigger the body’s immune-system high alert system, the IgG4 type is “anti-inflammatory,” which means it tells the immune system to stand down.  Which is the opposite of what you really want, when you’re fighting an infection.

On Dec. 29, 2022, Conservative Review’s Daniel Horowitz wrote:

In the case of the COVID shots, what the German study discovered is that over time and with increased doses it actually trains your body to tolerate rather than fight the virus it was designed to destroy.  The other class of blood-based antibodies are designed to neutralize pathogens; however, the IgG4 class was specifically designed to tolerate innocuous cells (that don’t reproduce) that it repeatedly contacts, such as pollen or peanut particles.  They serve an important role and help ensure that people don’t respond with excessive inflammation to everyday encounters with pollen, but to see 20% of the antibody response to SARS-CoV-2 (it was as high as 42% in those experiencing infection after boosters) be something that tolerates it is astounding … and dangerous!

Horowitz also wrote that the article “should be the headline story this week.”  Horowitz is right.

*end of article*

Yes, this should be headline news all over the country and world. But I'm sure you won't hear about it on mainstream media. To put it simply – people who get "vaccinated" against Covid lose their immune response to Covid. The opposite of what the "vaccine" is supposed to do.

That is why more people who are vaccinated are dying from Covid than the unvaccinated. And the more boosters you get, the worse off your immune system becomes against Covid. Very dangerous indeed!

So instead of your body producing IgG1 and IgG3 which fight the virus, in response to the mRNA vaccinations your body stops producing IgG1 and IgG3 and instead produces IgG4 which tolerates the virus. Letting it run rampant. Damaging your body and causing illness and death. Not only does the vaccine itself cause all kinds of health issues, it allows the virus – once infected – to also cause cardiovascular and other issues.

IgG4 is good for things your body needs to tolerate like bee venom, pollen, peanuts etc. Your body should not tolerate pathogenic viruses which replicate.

Foreign particle allergens such as venom, pollen, peanut particles, cat and dog dander, etc. do not replicate and should be responded to differently by the immune system.

So all these people that were brainwashed or coerced into getting the experimental mRNA Covid "vaccine" and especially those who have been boosted multiple times are much worse off when they actually get Covid than those who did not succumb to the coercion and brainwashing and did not receive the jab.

I feel really bad for those who didn't want the Covid vaccine but were coerced into getting it rather than losing their jobs.  It's a sick, tyrannical, evil thing the government has done to control its citizens.

I never would have thought that the United States of America would ever fall to communism/socialism.  But, if we are not there already, we're teetering on the edge.

That's my two cents.
